Proceedings:

Authors may express their preference for oral or poster (90 x 120 cm) presentation. Author´s preference will be carefully considered by the Scientific Committee, taking into account the program timeline. 

Manuscripts should consist of short contributions of scientific or technical information that does not interfere or compete with data published in refereed journals. 

Regular papers should not exceed 8 pages, including tables, graphs and references. 

Short papers should not exceed 2 pages, with the same format as of regular papers. 

Submission of manuscripts is a prerequisite for oral or poster presentation. Author´s can submit a maximum of 2 papers.

Manuscripts (both regular and short papers) must be sent before the 30th of March 2019 by e-mail to Isabel M. Calha ( isabel.calha@iniav.pt ).

Communication of the acceptance of the manuscripts by the Scientific Committee will be given to authors by the 15th of April 2019. A contribution (oral or poster) accepted by the Scientific Committee will be included in the EWRS workshop program on receipt, by the presenting author, of both the Registration form, opportunely filled and signed, and the payment of the Registration fee.

Please take into account that the final scientific program of the EWRS Workshop will be distributed on the 2nd of May 2019 and no changes will be done after this date.
