Registration & Fees

The full registration fee (both for members and non members of EWRS, as well as for students) includes participation in the sessions, a participant's bag (including the book of abstracts), coffee breaks, lunch, conference dinner and technical visit. The accompanying person fee includes the technical visit and conference dinner.

Registration will be opened on the 5th of February 2019, with the deadline for early registration on the 15th of April 2019. 

Registrations will close on the 10th of May 2019.
